Karate classes for Adults and Children
At The Dojo you can observe training in the main hall from our lounge area fitted with solid oak floors, leather sofas and flat screen tv.
The Hall (dojo) is a fully air-conditioned room (1500msg), fully matted and disabled toilet. One side of the hall is mirrored with ballet bars stretching the length of the hall. There is a traditional Makiwara (striking post) as well as strike dummies, punch bags and many more pieces of training equipment.
A great deal of time has been spent creating a timetable that can provide quality sessions regardless of your level of experience, from an absolute beginner all the way up to an international competitor and also covering all ages from six years old to seventy.
Children's classes take place Monday to Fridays 5pm to 6pm and adults beginning at 6.30pm. We also host lunchtime classes for adults who struggle to attend evening classes. Page Under Construction
